How to access the centre of Paris after landing at the airport?
Your flight from Quebec to Pariswill depart from Quebec airport (BQC) and land at Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) after a lay-over in Montreal. Charles de Gaulle is located about 14 miles North-East of the centre of Paris.
To reach the city centre, several transport options are available:
- The train: the RER B line will take you into the centre of Paris in about 30 minutes.
- The bus: the no.2 bus line goes straight to Porte Maillot, Place de l’Étoile, Gare Montparnasse and Gare de Lyon, and lines 350 and 351 will drop you off at Gare de l’Est and Place de la Nation. At night, you can use the Noctilien bus service to reach Gare de l’Est.
- Shuttles: RoissyBus is a shuttle service linking the airport to the Opéra metro station, with departures every 15-20 minutes.
- Car or taxi: the airport can be reached via motorways A1, A3 and A104. You can also call upon a taxi service (about €60).
