New Signature Menu on flights from Canada

This fall, Air France unveiled exceptional new menus and strengthened its collaboration with its Canadian signature chef, Olivier Perret, by entrusting him with the creation of all main dishes available in Business Class on all flights from Canada to Paris.  Chef Perret's contributions have included vegetarian and poultry-based dishes since the start of this collaboration in June 2023; now, the menu also features gourmet dishes including new local fish and meat options.
